Shipping and Returns

Sale Items: As our hand crafted garments are cut to order we can't accept returns on items sold with a discount greater than 10%. Final Exchanges or Refunds.

Exchanges: We understand as an online retailer that items do not always fit as expected. We are happy to exchange items due to fit or defects within 14 Business Days. If you need to exchange your item, please email us at customerservice@hellodobson.com

Returns: As our hand crafted garments are cut to order we can only accept full returns in the rare instance of defective items within 14 Business Days- shipping is also non-refundable. Please double check our size chart to ensure garments correct fit. If items are shipped back without pre-approval or communication we are not responsible for shipping costs.
