Shipping Policy

Hello Dobson orders usually ship within 7-10 business days. Special orders such as fabric by the yard, custom clothing, and wallpaper may take additional time to be processed and ship within 10- 14 business days. Shipping cost is based on your orders weight. With each Hello Dobson order you will be provided with tracking details. Hello Dobson does not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages.

We offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders over $100 in the United States beginning August 15th 2018. All other locations outside of the US are subject to standard shipping rates.


Return Policy (Store Credit Only)
Hello Dobson policy lasts 7 days from the postmarked date on your package. Anything beyond 7 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it (tags attached and in the original packaging) All approved returns will be refunded through store credit  via gift card only. 
In the circumstance that your package arrives damaged, please take photos to record damage upon receipt and send to customerservice@hellodobson.com

To complete your return:

Please email customerservice@hellodobson.com to initiate the return with email subject containing your order number. Once your return is approved, please send a copy of tracking information to our customer service team to ensure we receive your merchandise. Hello Dobson reserves the right to deny exchanges or refunds if items do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Hello Dobson will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged goods only. All approved returns will be refunded through store credit via Gift Card. 


Sale Items

Any sale items with a discount greater than 10% are final sale.


Special Orders

Special orders may not be refunded due to the custom nature of the order. This includes custom clothing, wallpaper, and fabric by the yard.

Exchanges
